A group of four Milton High School students recently attended the Twenty-Seventh Annual Invitational Math Meet at Worcester Polytechnic Institution.  The four students, Harry Kong, Sindhu Banerjee, Raymond Chen, and Liam Chase competed in a math exam against their peers from more than 85 schools throughout the New England Region, and were accompanied by Milton High School math teacher Dan Jarboe. Harry Kong earned the high score from Milton.

The contest consisted of two rounds of competition. The first round was an individual competition and the second round was a team effort. The high school students also attended a short program to introduce them to WPI, as well as a talk about pursuing degrees and careers in the mathematical sciences.
