|Students in Ms. Warn's US I History Class|
Friday, September 21, 2012
Monday, September 17th, was Constitution Day. MHS students participated in a variety of lessons in their History classes in honor of the day. Freshmen in Modern World Cultures examined the Constitution as a document that reflects the ideals of the Enlightenment, and sophomores discussed different aspects of the Bill of Rights in their US History I class. Our juniors are studying the era of Reconstruction in their US II classes, so they studied the importance of the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendments, and their influence in American history.
